TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: . CAUSE NO. 339 OF 2017 By Boss Swaleh Hassan, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Momo Marunya Ramadhan, who died at Simkumbe, Kwale, on 24th September, 2013. CAUSE NO. 434 OF 2017 By (1) John Wechuli Simatwa and (2) Jane Nekesa Wechuli, both of P.O. Box 99840-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and mother, respectively, for a-grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aisha Khosoa Simatwa, who died at Mewa Hospital in Kenya, on Sth September, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
