TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO, 217 OF 2017 By (1) Anna Wairimu Kasege, (2) Patrick Gathege Munga and (3) Janet Muthoni Gathege, the deceased's widow, son and daughter, respectively. for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kasege Mara alias Kasege Mara, late of Nakuru, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd September, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
