TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 1252 OF 2017 By Muhamed Zaili Rehmtulla, c/o P.O. Box 6135-00300, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s grandchild, through Messrs. Njoroge, Mwaura & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Haji Jhanda alias Haji Zanda, late of Eastleigh, Nairobi, who died on 26th February, 1496. CAUSE NO. 1359 OF 2017 By Parinbanu Amirali Kassam alias Parinbanu Suleman Kassam, of 88, Gunnersbury Avenue, Ealing, London, W5, 4HA, United Kingdom, the deceased’s daughter, through Messrs. Kithu Mbutia & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Khatija Suleman Kassam, late of Ashley Lodge 12/13 Carlton Road, Ealing W5, who died at Ealing Hospital, Southall, on 4th August, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to . the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
