CAUSE NO. 94 OF 2017 By (1) George Nthusi Nzivo, (2) Stephen Musyota Nzivo, both of P.O. Box 292-90119, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Nzivo Nthusi, who died at Matuu, on 9th February, 1996.
