TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 219 OF 2016 By Zerefina Bochaberi Momanyi, of P.O. Box 1080, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mokua Nyangoto, who died at Miruka, on 10th August, 1982. CAUSE NO. 220 OF 2016 By David Oroko Nyangau, of P.O. Box 1080, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyangau Mokua, who died at Nyamira, on 2nd August, 1976. CAUSE NO. 65 OF 2017 By Nyanchera Okiro, of P.O. Box 84, Kebirigo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mokaya Manyara, who died in 1960. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
