TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: . CAUSE NO. 16 OF 2017 . By (1) Alex Nyagar Dianga, (2) Lucas Otieno Otiende and (3) Dankan Odhiambo Okuma, all of P.O. Box 9327, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandsons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate .of Bernadus Dianga Akako alias Dianga Akako, who died on 25th June, 2003. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) _ days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
