TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 263 OF 2017 By Mercy Mbingu Mwakuwona, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Arkwright Sammy Kilale, who died at Mtopanga, Mombasa, on 18th March, 2016. CAUSE NO. 415 OF 2017 By (1) Uhuru Suleiman Koi and (2) James Yaa Kahindi, both of P.O. Box 53734-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Kahindi Yaa, who died at Kadzandani, on 4th March, 2017. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
