TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: . CAUSE NO. 26 OF 2017 By (1) John Kipngetich Tarus, (2) Anthony Kiplagat Ruto, (3) Isaac Kipkemboi Chepng’ok and (4) Disrael Kiprono Keitany, all of P.O. Box 14~-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsang A. Kurgat, who died at Irimis Sub-location, on 10th May, 1999. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
