TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 74 OF 2017 By (1) Antony Richard O’Hagan and (2) Eva Patricia Chapman, both of P.O. Box 68-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, for a grant of probate to the estate of Pamela Jane O’Hagan, who died at Faireseat Foundation Home, on 4th December, 2016. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
