NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to any person claiming ownership of the following goods: 1 dining table with 6 chairs, 3 coffee tables, 2 stools, 6x6 bed with mattress, 3x6 bed with mattress, sofa set 3x2x1, 2 table lights, 2 stools, 3 coffee tables lying at Akiba Estate, South C, House No. 90 to collect the above listed goods within thirty. (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of accumulated storage charges, interest and cost of publication. Failure to which the same shall be disposed off either by public auction or private treaty without any further reference to the owner so as to defray storage charges, the cost of the publication and any other incidental costs in accordance to the Act.
