NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owners of Scania motor vehicle truck reg. No. KAT 618F, to collect it from Victory Yard Limited, P.O. Box 92475 Changamwe, Mombasa, within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication and upon payment of ail storage charges, handling charges, the cost of publishing this Gazette notice and any other incidental costs. Unless the said motor vehicle is collected, from the said yard, the same will be sold through public auction by Jocet Auctioneers without any further notice and the proceeds thereof will be used to defray the accrued charges and costs.
