REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Bharat Himatlal Mehta, (2) Ketan Himatlal Mehta and (3) Maria Carmen Fernandes, as executors of the estate of Himatlal Jevatlal Mehta, all of P.O. Box 82228—80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1646 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Mombasa, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XXI/344, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, | shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
