WHEREAS (1) Fredrick Mwaura Njoroge and (2) David Githunguri Boro, as administrators of the estate of Edith Wambui Gitau (deceased), both of P.O. Box 11697, Nakuru in the Republic of ’ Kenya, are registered as proprietors lessees of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/4401, situate in the city of Nairobi in Nairobi area, by virtue of a lease registered as LR. 19791/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that ro objection has been received within that period.
