IN ACCORDANCE with Article 67 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 and section 98 of the Land Laws (Amendment) Act, 2016, the National Land Commission issues a ninety (90) days eviction notice, effective from 15th October, 2017, to the owner/administrator of Kost Children Centre, Peter Ogola Nyauke, of P.O Box 1-40300, Homa Bay. ; You are hereby required to remove the segment of your building/structures that encroaches into the access road (adjoining the Homa Bay Prisons service land) by about 5.27 metres, which is already posing a security threat as well as blocks/impedes access to other essential private and public properties around the area. Otherwise, upon the expiry of the ninety (90) days period, the said part of the building/structures shall be forcefully removed/demolished from the road in accordance with the law.
