REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Moses Kiprono Lessonet and (2) Rachel Cheraisi, both of P.O. Box 15659—00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 1870/111/152, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi area by virtue of a certificate of title registered as LR. 90735/1, and whereas the parliamentary service commission has executed an instrument of discharge in favour of (1) Moses Kiprono Lessonet and (2) Rachel Cheraisi, and whereas an affidavit has been filed in terms of section 65(1)(h) of the said Act declaring that the said certificate of title registered as No. LR. 90735/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant nad proceed with registration of the said instrument of discharge of charge.
