REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wilson Wachira Maina, of P.O. Box 580, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 1.563 hectares or thereabout, known as Euasonyiro/Suguroi Block VII/773, situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect of the said parcel of land has been lost/misplaced, and efforts made to locate the said green card and white cards have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct ‘the lost green card and white card as provided under section 33 (1) (5) -. of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that Dated the 13th October, 2017.
