WHEREAS Robert Karisa Charo, of P.O. Box 99510—80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 5740/III/MN, situate in Mtwapa Trading Center in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 49523, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of . Kenya, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have ld 13th October, 2017 THE KENYA GAZETTE 5527. failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
