REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nasser Khalifa Issa, as administrator for the estate of Said bin Sweslum Elkhassiby and (2) Mwanashau binti Hamisi (deceased), of P.O. Box 5028—80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of that piece of land containing 24 acres or thereabout, known as Plot No. 220/Mambrui, situate in Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, held by a certificate - of tittle, registered as Number C.R. 7613, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of tittle provided that no objection has been received within that period.
