NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd June, 2015, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1850, in Volume DI, Folio 307/4313, File No. MMXVII, by our client, Peter Gikonyo Gicheru Ng’ang’a, of P.O. Box 1778-20100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Peter Gikonyo Ng’ang’a formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Peter Gikonyo Ng’ang’a and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Peter Gikonyo Gicheru Ng’ang’a, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Peter Gikonyo Gicheru Ng’ang’a only. .
