NOTICE is given that at a special general meeting of the members of Commercial Transporters Limited, held on the 4th May, 2017, the following special resolution was duly passed — “That the company would be liquidated by way of members’ voluntary liquidation and that the official receiver at the office of the Attorney-General be and is appointed as the liquidator for the purpose of winding-up the affairs of the company. All creditors of the company are required to file their proof of debt with the liquidator who shall be administering all the affairs of the company. : All debts due to the company shall be forwarded to the liquidator.
