REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Engineer Pamoja Sacco Society Limited, registration No. (CS/20880), of P.O. Box 272, North Kinangop, in Nyandarua County was registered vide the Co-operative Societies Act on 9th November, 2016; and Whereas the said Society has failed to operate its activities in accordance to its by-laws and the said Act. Now therefore, I invoke section 61 of the said Act and cancel the registration certificate of Engineer Pamoja Sacco Society Limited. Dated the 8th May, 2017. M.N.
