REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Prevailing Sacco Society Limited, registration No. (CS/16439), of P.O. Njoro in Nakuru County was registered vide the Co-operative Societies Act on 23rd April, 2014; and Whereas the said society has failed to operate its activities in accordance to its by-laws and the said Act. Now therefore, I invoke section 61 of the said Act and cancel the registration certificate of Prevailing Sacco Society Limited. Dated the 4th May, 2017. M.N.
