GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4472

WHEREAS M’Twamikwa M’Tburi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land known as Nyaki/Kithoka/1469, 1470 and 1471, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas the High Court in succession cause No. 105 of 2009, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Glory Kambura Mikwa and (2) Dick Kathurima Mikwa, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietors by transmission of R. L. 19, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said M’Twamikwa M’Iburi (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietors by transmission of R.L. 19 in the names of (1) Glory Kambura Mikwa and (2) Dick Kathurima Mikwa, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said M’Twamikwa M’Iburi (deceased), shall be Plot No. Registered Owner Affected Area deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
