REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Sara Muthoni Thiongo (ID/6695364) and (2) Nyambura Thiongo Mutura (ID/6755988), as personal representatives of Onesmus Thiongo (deceased), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.042, 8.09 and 0.953 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title Nos. Makuyu/Makuyu Block 1/3171, Loc. 17/lganjo/1757 and Makuyu/Makuyu Block 1/1184, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
