NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th August, 2016, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2377, in Volume DI, Folio 225/3160, File No. MMKXVI, by our client, Maina wa Maguru, of P.O. Box 518-00520, Ruai in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Simon Maina Kiragu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Simon Maina Kiragu and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted‘ the name Maina wa Maguru, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Maina wa Maguru only.
