APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an extension order dated 20th March, 2015, I appointed Philips A. K’Oremo, of P.O. Box 40811, Nairobi, to be liquidator of Nairobi Railways Consumers Co-operative Society Limited (in liquidation) CS/280 for a period not exceeding one (1) year and whereas the said liquidator has not been able to complete the liquidation. : __ Now therefore, I extend the period of the liquidation with effect from 20th March, 2016, for another period not exceeding one (1) year for the said liquidator to act as liquidator in the matter of the said Co-operative Society.
