WHEREAS Kinyanjui Kanithi (deceased), is regiitered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.23 hectare or bouts, known as Dagoretti/Kinoo/T. 115, situate in. the district of Kiambu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Thika in successionteause No. 200 of 1982, has issued grant of letters of administration to flane Njeri Njenga, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier ti the said Kinyanjui Kanithi (deceased) has been reported missing or Wet, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days h the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received i period, I intend to dispense with the production of the sai land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said i 19 and R.L. 7 and issue a land title deed to the said Jane Niori Nienga, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlierj#o the said Kinyanjui Kanithi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cance and of no effect.
