WHEREAS Muguanjira Wakabu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 1.92 hectares or thet known as Gatamaiyu/Nyanduma/51, situate in the district of and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Kiambu int cause No. 125 of 1998, has issued grant of letters of i Rev. Francis Kariuki Mugwanjira, and whereas the land issued earlier to the said Muguanjira Wakabu (deceased) reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expifiation of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objefitio m has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and RL. 7, and ugpn such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Migguanjira Wakabu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of nibaticot Dated the 25th November, 2016.
