REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rose Vicky Amanda, of P.O. Box 52717, Nairobi in “the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of all that maisonette No. 14 erected on all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/8736, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, held under a lease registered as I.R. 39386/1, and whereas Housing Finance Company of Kenya Limited has executed an instrument of discharge in favour of Rose Vicky Amanda, and whereas affidavit has been filed in terms of section 65 (1) (A) declaring that the said lease registered as No. LR. 39386 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days. from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with registration of the said instrument of discharge.
