REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Kidanyuri (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.25 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Vihiga, registered under title No. Kakamega/Logovo/527, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open another land register and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be deemed obsolete and of no effect.
