No. 209/11920, situate in the @ty _ of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of grant No. LR. 63799, | whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, & whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, neice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the @te hereof, the. property register shall be reconstructed under ‘@he provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objectionhas been received within that period. .
