REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Kiiru Kimani, of P.O. Box 265-20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.4047 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Kiambogo/Kiambogo Block 2/9886, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period. (No. 3 of 2012) ISSUE OF A NEW LAND TITLE DEED WHEREAS Keshavji Ratanshi, of P.O. Box 90472, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land situate-in the district of Mombasa, registered under title No. Mombasa Block XXXIII/31, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
