TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE NO. 24 OF 2015. By Teresiah Muthoni Kariuki, of P.O. Box 281, Thika in Kenya, for - a-grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kariuki Ndirangu, who died on 17th August, 2012. CAUSE NO. 51 OF 2016 By (1) Anna Wambui Ndungu and (2) Francis Kinyanjui Ndungu, both of P.O. Box 480, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndungu Kinyanjui, who died at Mutati Sub-location, on 24th June, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to’ the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
