TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: ‘ " CAUSE NO. 36 OF 2016 By (1) John Omollo Ogoma, (2) Daniel Asila Anyango, (3) Daniel Odero Ogoma, (4) Fredrick Ooko Ombok, (5) Topas Wandae Odero and (6) Consolata Anyango, all of P.O. Box 387—40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters—in—-law and grandsons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sakayo Ogoma alias Zakayo Ogoma Anyango, who died at Dienya Sub-location, on 4th July, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
