TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE NO. 696 OF 2015 By (1) Dominic Obondi Agan, (2) Caleb Kola Agan, (3) Emma * Atieno Kayi and (4) Sillas Aloo Opinya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Agan Olwaga alias Agan Olwaga, who died on a 3rd CAUSE NO. 927 OF 2015 By Shem Otieno Oliech, of P.O. Box 5030, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owido Imbo, who died at Kogony Sub-location, on 29th December, 1981. { t The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) ' days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
