TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO 36 OF 2024 By (1) Regina Tabu Ludende and (2) Sylivanus Okumu Ludende, both of P.O. Box 88, Port Victoria in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulo Ludende Onyango, who died on 9th June, 1994. CAUSE NO E49 OF 2024 By Edward Omondi Ooko, of P.O. Box 103, Bumala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ooko Ogada Omondi alias Andericus Ooko, who died on 27th November, 1997. CAUSE NO E123 OF 2024 By (1) Conslata Auma Juma and (2) Ann Nafula Ojiambo, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Were Owangi, who died on 22nd December, 2023. CAUSE No E124 OF 2024 By Nelson Mandela Ouma, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bonface Odwori Ouma, who died on 24th December, 2021. CAUSE NO E125 OF 2024 By Robert Lukhoba Okumu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bwire Mugabe, who died on 29th November, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
