TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. El OF 2024 By Peterson Nyambane Nyangai, of P.O. Box 78640202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyangai Migosi, who died at Amabuko, on 14th May, 1970. CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2024 By Davis Ongeri Mayaka, of P.O. Box 650-40202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ongoi Nyaanga alias Simeon Ong’oi Nyaanga, who died at Karantini, on 29th April, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
