TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO 248 OF 2024 By Margaret Anyona Ogonji, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walter Onyango Omollo alias Anyango Omolo, who died on 24th June, 2005. CAUSE NO 285 OF 2024 By (1) Denis Omondi Oduor, (2) Charles Onyango Osowo and (3) Benta Adhiambo Ochieng, all of P.O. Box 117, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Osowo Odhiambo, who died on 18th August, 2008. CAUSE NO. E290 OF 2024 By George Amenya Oyeho, of P.O. Box 169, Sigomere in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Ohowa Oyeho, who died on at Mungao, 25th March, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
