TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2024 By Moses Odunga Emmu, of P.O. Box 305, Bungoma in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omusugu Emase Kaunyit, who died at Apatit Sub- Jocation, on 12th June, 1995. CAUSE No. E56 OF 2024 By Christine Auma Odula, of P.O. Box 307, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petro Okwoba, who died at Okatekok Sub-location, on 9th September, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
