TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2024 By Esnas Asiyo Ikomoli, of P.O. Box 1, Amagoro in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Arnol Omonya Ikomoli, who died at Township Sub- location, on 2nd April, 2017. CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2024 By (1) Gisiberito Ikwara Omonya and (2) Stephen Opa Aunya, both of P.O. Box 7, Amukura in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Aunya Ekneye alias Joseph Aunya Ekwenyi, who died at Kamunuoiti Sub- location, on 18th August, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
