CAUSE NO. E139 OF 2024 By Sammy Asava Omondi, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ojondo Oniara alias Amdala Oniara Ojondo, who died on 12th September, 1988. CAUSE NO. E152 OF 2024 By Lynette Ngoizi Osako, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Beryl Achieng, who died at Nairobi, on 21st August, 2012. CAUSE NO. E166 OF 2024 By (1) Lynette Ngoizi Osako and (2) Laban Omboyo Osako, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kennedy Osako Odanga, who died at Nairobi, on 28th September, 1999. CAUSE NO. E238 OF 2024 By David Odera Anyolo, the deceased’s son for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dishon Wandera Anyolo alias Dishon Odera who died at Khusikulu Sub-location on 20th March, 2000. CAUSE NO. 240 OF 2024 By Reuben Ekhuya Imanye Otieno, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Akaya Imanye, who died at Esurilo Sub-location, on 17th April, 1988.
