TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E3 OF 2024 By (1) Simon Mwinzi Mwove and (2) Kyalo Mwove Dickson, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Wolu Dickson, who died at Kyuso Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 18th April, 2017. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By (1) Beatrice Kalewa Kanani and (2) Augustine Wambua Kanani, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kanani Musili alias J. Kanani Musili, who died at Guru Nanak Hospital in Kenya, on 12th April, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
