TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO E74 OF 2021 By (1) Samwel Momanyi Oteri and (2) Marcella Bwari Momanyi, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oteri Nyambaso, who died at Matongo Sub-location, on 4th January, 1979. CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2023 By Paulina Nyabiage Oinde, of P.O. Box 10, Nyamarambe in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oinde Moraira, who died at Bogetenga Sub-location, on 1st January, 1987. CAUSE No. E60 OF 2024 By Henry Nyabuto Onsare, of P.O. Box 100-40203, Nyamache in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilfred Ombogi Onsare, who died at Gesure Sub-location, on 12th April, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
