TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court int: ' CAUSE NO E369 OF 2024 By Raphael Juma Akeyo, of P.O. Box 16640102, Kombewa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Akeyo Gwara, who died at Kombewa Hospital in Kenya, on 7th April, 1998. CAUSE NO. E465 OF 2024 By (1) Angeline Haya Otieno, (2) Millicent Adhiambo Okoko and (3) Sarah Were Adede, all of P.O. Box 12104~40100 Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Otieno Yugi, who died on 24th June, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice inthe Kenya Gazette.
