TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E2 OF 2024 By (1) Fredrick Mirikwa Kongo and (2) Gabriel Kawa Chetemolo, both P.O. Box 71 Tongaren in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kongo Wanjala Mirikwa, who died at Mabusi Sub-location, on 28th April, 2022. CAUSE NO E93 OF 2024 By Evans Wanyama Nabiswa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kikai Nabiswa Munialo, who died at Kibingei, on 21st July, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
