CAUSE NO, E96 OF 2024 By (1) Japheth Wambua Njenga and (2) Carolyne Muthike Njenga, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jasman Njenga Gesharisha, who died at St. Mary’s Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 20th February, 2017.
