Box 48, Igoji in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Mburiah Magambo alias Thomas Mburia Magambo, who died at St. Ann Hospital in Kenya, on 21st April, 1997. CAUSE No E158 OF 2024 By Paul John Mugendi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Mwamba Bururi, who died at Mworoga Hospital in Kenya, on 15th February, 2009. CAUSE NO E171 OF 2024 By Kiambi Daniel Miriti, of P.O. Box 204, Mitunguu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Miriti, who died at Maraa, on 1st December, 2008. CAUSE NO E173 OF 2024 By Gideon Munene, of P.O. Box 427, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Muthamia Mburugo M’Twarandu alias M’Muthamia M’Mburugu M’Twarandu, who died at Meru General Hospital in Kenya, on 25th August, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
