TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. EA0 OF 2024 By Samuel Njenga Negigi, of P.O. Box 540-00217, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelphat Nganga Kariuki alias Nelphat Ng’ang’a Kariuki, who died at Thegetieni, on 2nd November, 2020. CAUSE NO. E168 OF 2024 By (1) Cecilia Njoki Ndungu and (2) Josephine Njeri Ndungu, both of P.O. Box 243-00217, Limuru in Kenya, for.a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Ndungu Kahia, who died at Ngarariga, on 31st October, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
