TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E129 OF 2024 By (1) Yolanda Joseren Firth and (2) Caroline Firth, the deceased’s mother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joey Alexander Firth, who died on 19th October, 2023. CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2024 By Mganga Ezekiel Ngolo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiel Ngolo Muganga, who died on 14th November, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
