TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E345 oF 2023 By Basibika Moraa Oimeke, of P.O. Box 858—40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Keremencia Nyanchama Ogonda alias Keremecia Nyanchama Ogonda, who died on 20th July, 1999. CAUSE No. E301 OF 2024 By (1) Teresa Bonareri Morira and (2) Morira Wickliffe Ongeta, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Morira Nyangoya, who died at Iranda, Kisii, on 22nd December, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
